Survey of the Provision of Cognitive Interventions in Return to Work Rehabilitation for Stroke Survivors Among Occupational Therapists

The purpose of this research study is to explore current Occupational Therapists practice patterns, opinions, and perceptions associated with provision of cognitive interventions in return to work rehabilitation for stroke survivors between the ages of 18-60 years. Data from this survey will inform practice and may be used to enhance occupational therapy services that promote return to work outcomes for this population.

We would like to invite you to take part in a research study. Before you decide whether to participate, you need to understand why the research is being done and what it would involve. Please take time to read participant information sheet.
This survey consists of THREE (3) parts which includes; PART A- Demographics; PART B -Return to work services for stroke survivors ; and PART C - Provision of cognitive training in return to work services.

Altogether, this survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Your participation is most appreciated. The data collected is for academic research as part of a PhD project and may be published. Please click here to take part.
