Position Overview:

Communicating with residents, families, physicians, and team members.

Providing timely documentation for facility, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

Enhancing clinical skills and professional development.

Reporting changes in resident status to the supervising therapist.

Ensuring accurate charges and meeting productivity standards.

Maintaining a safe environment for residents and staff.

Collaborating with team members to achieve quality care.

Attending required meetings and educational sessions.

Providing feedback to rehab aides and coordinating treatment goals.

What You Bring:

Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state of Alaska.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
