Japanese Association of Occupational Therapists (JAOT) sincerely invites occupational therapists of all WFOT member organizations to the 60th Japanese Occupational Therapy Congress & Expo 2026. This year’s congress, with a theme of “The challenge from Occupational therapy to understand brain mechanisms -occupation fulfills all of you-” will be held in Niigata in a hybrid format.
We are planning English Sessions (both oral and poster) and the International Symposium for participants from overseas to enjoy the congress. We warmly welcome participation from WFOT member associations.
Niigata offers a wide range of appealing local cuisine. It is particularly well known for its sake, with many varieties brewed from locally grown rice. Visitors can also enjoy fresh seafood. While you are here for the congress, we recommend you to discover Niigata’s unique and delicious flavors.
