*About the Role:*
As our Occupational Therapist, you will:
* Assess, plan, and provide OT care and follow-ups
* Help residents improve function, independence, and quality of life
* Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary care team
*What You Need:*
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
* Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Nova Scotia
* Experience working with seniors (LTC experience is a plus)
* CPR certification
* Bonus if you have training in Eden, PATH, InterRAI, LEAN, or similar
*You’re a Great Fit If You:*
* Are a strong communicator and team player
* Focus on service and building relationships
* Can manage priorities and solve problems efficiently
* Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, InterRAI, and scheduling tools
