*Summary*

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate *Occupational Therapist* to join our team. Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you will support residents through specialist rehabilitation, helping them maximise independence and personal progression.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced OT to work in a supportive, dynamic environment where your development is valued.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage a defined caseload, delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care planning
* Supervise and support the Therapy Assistant as appropriate
* Maintain accurate and professional documentation in line with HCPC standards
* Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
* Identify and manage clinical risks, adhering to safeguarding protocols
* Engage in supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development
* Ensure care plans and risk assessments are regularly reviewed and updated in line with residents’ changing needs and clinical best practice

*What We’re Looking For*

* Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
* A flexible, proactive, and person-centred approach

*Desirable*

* Experience in neurorehabilitation or working with complex physical and cognitive needs
* Familiarity with outcome measures and evidence-based practice in OT
* Confidence in supervising support staff and contributing to service improvement
