Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our team at a well-established *Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)*. As an OT, you will work with patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing chronic conditions, helping them improve their ability to perform daily activities. *SNF experience is required*. You’ll play a vital role in enhancing patients' independence and overall quality of life.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients’ functional abilities and safety in their daily activities within the SNF setting.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
* Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients, ensuring the highest quality care.
* Educate patients and families on techniques to improve daily functioning and independence.
* Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

*Qualifications:*
* Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
* Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
* *SNF experience required*.
* Strong knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, best practices, and interventions in a SNF setting.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
