Come join our dynamic _IN-HOUSE_ therapy team here at Vancouver Specialty! We are looking for a part time, WA licensed, COTA (Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant). Pay starts at $40/hour depending on experience.

*Responsibilities*
* Assist patients in performing activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
* Collaborate with occupational therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.
* Provide support in various settings, including home health, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities.
* Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment strategies and ensure patient safety.
* Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises and techniques.
*Qualifications*
* Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
* Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
* Experience in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Familiarity with care plans and patient care in various settings, including home health and skilled nursing facilities
* Ability to work with diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics
* Understanding of occupational health and acute care practices

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
