As a home health COTA for Faith Home Healthcare, you will provide one-on-one occupational therapy care to patients using a comprehensive, patient-specific care plan set by the OT, which establishes goals based on diagnosis and incorporates preventative and rehabilitative therapy actions. You will have the support and collaboration of a full team of healthcare professionals!
*Seeking full time COTA work in the Overland Park, KS area. *
*Additional information on territory will be given during interview.*
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Have a current, valid Kansas COTA license.
* Possess a valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation and auto insurance.
* Have or obtain a current CPR certification.
