Strengthening the Partnership between the KAOT and the JAOT

A Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) ceremony between Korean Association of occupational therapists(KAOT) and Japanese Association of Occupational Therapists(JAOT) was held on June 20th in Busan, Korea.

The purpose of the MOU was to establish a cooperative relationship between the KAOT and the JAOT through active exchange of information in the areas of academic and clinical development as well as occupational therapy related policy changes which would enhance the strong basis for the future development of occupational therapy as a vital profession in the provision of services in healthcare. Seven board members from the KAOT and four board members from the JAOT attended the ceremony.
