Katy was the WFOT Delegate, New Zealand, 1983-1989. She was the Chairperson of the WFOT Congress Committee, 1984; and Chairperson of the Legislation Committee, 1988. WFOT acknowledges Katy’s contribution to the Federation and the profession.
