In her role as COTEC President, Maeve represented the organisation at the WFOT 2000 and 2002 Council Meetings. Maeve was a key contributor to cementing the excellent working relationships with WFOT and COTEC that we continue to enjoy to this day. She championed the notion that whilst the two organisations were different, particularly with COTEC needing to respond to European legislation, that they could complement each other and work in harmony.
Every one of us who had the privilege to meet and work with Maeve will remember her warmth, her humour, her intelligence and her significant and passionate commitment to the profession.
