Freda Jacob was first elected as WFOT Assistant Secretary/Treasurer at the fifth WFOT Council Meeting in 1962. In 1970 Freda ended her term as Assistant Secretary/Treasurer and was elected as Chair of the Legislation Committee.
Following twenty years of service to WFOT, Freda was awarded an Honorary Life Membership in recognition of her significant contribution to WFOT at the fifteenth WFOT Council Meeting in Amsterdam (Netherlands), in 1982.
WFOT acknowledges Freda’s contribution to the Federation and the profession.
