The 1st Occupational Therapy Europe Congress called "Future – Proofing Occupational Therapy" will take place on October 15-19. 2024 in Krakow. It is organized jointly by Occupational Therapy Europe and the Polish Occupational Therapy Association.
The congress will be full of lectures, presentations, workshops, round tables given by respected teachers and practitioners of occupational therapy. Our aim is to create a specific platform for exchanging experiences related to teaching and practicing occupational therapy, as well as conducting research in this field.
The main theme of the Congress "Future - Proofing Occupational Therapy" emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement of the quality of services provided as part of occupational therapy and its adaptation to current needs, as well as the need to take future-oriented actions related to the development of this discipline. The full list of topics includes: New trends/Emerging Areas in Occupational Therapy, Multidisciplinary Interventions and Approaches, Student Research, Mental and Physical Health, Public Health, Education, Occupation Focused Research and Research Methods, Quality Improvement.
In addition to the educational and scientific values of the Congress, it is worth emphasizing that it takes place in ICE Kraków Congress Center - the business showcase of the city.

The submission of abstracts is possible until the end of October this year, registration of participants will begin in December.
