Our facility Embassy of Woodview is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Columbus, OH. We are a mere 15 minutes from the downtown area with access to community activities and outings.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Utilize knowledge in physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and anatomy.
