We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced *Physical Therapists (PTs)* and *Occupational Therapists (OTs)* for a contractual assignment in *Salinas, CA*. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a chance for extension based on performance and facility needs.
*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on medical diagnoses and functional goals
* Deliver therapy sessions in accordance with physician orders and treatment plans
* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on ongoing therapy and exercises
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
* Document progress, maintain records, and report outcomes
* Adhere to facility and regulatory compliance standards
*Requirements:*
* Active California PT or OT license
* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
* Current CPR certification

Pay: $62.00 - $68.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
