Pediatric Occupational Therapist- $5,000 Hiring Bonus

Fraser is seeking Occupational Therapist's to join our Rehabilitation Therapy team! This role offers the opportunity to provide therapeutic evaluations, treatment, and interventions to children and adolescents. We tailor our services based on the strengths and challenges of each client. Open to New Grads. $5,000 hiring bonus for external new hires and $9,600 per year incentive bonuses!

Requirements:
Licensed or eligible for license by the Minnesota Department of Health required (Minimum of temporary license.)
Ability to pass DHS Background check.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License with acceptable record is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required.
Eligible for membership in the appropriate national organization required.

Responsibilities:

Provide evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate and within 30 days of doctor’s order, and establish appropriate treatment goals.
Provide therapeutic treatment according to the doctor’s order.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress.
Collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practitioners.
Maintain clean equipment in good repair.
Communicate with funding sources as directed by the Clinical Accounts Receivable staff to assure reimbursement of services being delivered.
Communicate appropriate aspects of the client’s program to all involved persons and operate in conjunction with other disciplines and team members.

Compensation:

Annual salary range $70,000- $81,000, actually pay will depend on qualifications
$5,000 hiring bonus
Up to $9,600 per year incentive bonuses
