*Mentoring and Training*
We offer a structured Mentoring Program designed to support recent graduates and therapy assistants who may have limited or no pediatric experience. New team members are paired with a highly experienced trainer during a paid, three-week training period that focuses on hands-on learning, foundational knowledge and company procedures.

Following the initial training, each team member is assigned adedicated mentor who provides ongoing support with both clinical and administrative matters. This continued guidance ensures a smooth transition into your role and helps build confidence as you grow within the company.

Additionally, staff participate in monthly Reflective Supervision sessions—one-on-one meetings designed to discuss challenges, share insights, and develop effective strategies to enhance your work with children and families.
