This position requires *20-25hrs/week Monday- Friday.*

Rehabilitation and Therapy Services in FL, PA & OH
Heritage Therapy provides high-quality physical, occupational, and speech therapies and rehabilitation at many of our Embassy Healthcare communities.
We strive to help patients reach their maximum potential so they can live as independently as possible. Our experienced therapists work closely with patients and their caregivers to build customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual’s needs.
\*\*Job Summary:\*\*
Our facility in Carlisle provides an inviting, home-like environment conveniently located near I-75 and within close vicinity to Dayton, Germantown, Franklin, Springboro, and Middletown. This 48-bed facility has a quaint, family atmosphere with the support of our surrounding neighborhoods. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term, outpatient, or long-term patient. The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions.
