*Part Time OTA *available 15-20hrs/week. Our part time position offers PTO accrual and flexible scheduling.
Our facility in Northeast Columbus is easily accessible from I-71 and I-270. Forest Hills has an excellent therapy team that is committed to providing a variety of services to short-term rehab patients, outpatients, and long-term residents. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results!
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
- Utilize knowledge in physiology, medical terminology, and occupational health to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and anatomy.
