The Role:

As an Occupational Therapist at Starfish Therapies, youll work in our clinic setting and via telehealth, supporting children through both the early intervention and medical models of care. Youll play a vital role in helping children gain independence and function in their daily lives, all while engaging with families in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

• Develop and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans

• Provide ongoing therapy services in the clinic and via telehealth

• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and team members

• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and assessments

• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and program growth

• Contribute to education and support efforts for families and caregivers

• Mentor students when eligible and interested

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Valid (or eligible) California OT license

• CPR Certification and current TB Test

• AOTA membership preferred
