The Role:

As an Occupational Therapist at Starfish Therapies, you’ll work in our clinic setting and via telehealth, supporting children through both the early intervention and medical models of care. You’ll play a vital role in helping children gain independence and function in their daily lives, all while engaging with families in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations

Develop and implement individualized, play-based treatment plans

Provide ongoing therapy services in the clinic and via telehealth

Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and team members

Complete accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and assessments

Participate in team meetings, professional development, and program growth

Contribute to education and support efforts for families and caregivers

Mentor students when eligible and interested

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Valid (or eligible) California OT license

CPR Certification and current TB Test

AOTA membership preferred
