Occupational Therapist - PRN or Part-Time
Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Russellville, AR, seeking a part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team. Requirements:
Occupational Therapy License actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
Previous acute OT experience
A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
Creating occupational therapy care plans, performing OT, documenting/charting patient progress, updating the Registered Nurse (RN) Director on patient status, admitting/discharging patients, etc.
Other OT duties as assigned
