Need: Part Time or Contractor options
Salary Range:
Part Time = OTR: $32-$38/hour depending on experience/COTA: $20-$27/hour depending on experience
Contractor = OTR: $45 per billable hour, $70 per evaluation/COTA: $27 per billable hour
Location (WOODLANDS, TX): 19241 David Memorial Dr., Suite 170A, Shenandoah, TX 77385
Hours/Schedule: Create a schedule that works for you! Evening hours are preferred (3pm to close)

Qualifications of this Occupational Therapy position include the following:
Experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy preferred
Texas State license in Occupational Therapy
