We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team.
* *40 hours *
* *Monday-Friday with No weekend rotation *
* *130 Beds and SNF setting.*
*Ideal Candidate:*
We're seeking a _seasoned OT_ who brings strong clinical skills and leadership potential.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
* Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay informed about current best practices in occupational therapy and relevant medical terminology.
* Participate in case management activities to coordinate care effectively.
*Requirements*
* A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* *Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49.00 - $52.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
