*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
* Develop individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay informed about current best practices in occupational therapy and relevant medical terminology.
* Participate in case management activities to coordinate care effectively.
*Requirements*
* A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* *Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.*

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
