*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping individuals of all ages regain their independence by providing therapy to develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills.
* *Contract Weeks: 13 weeks with possible extension*
* *Guaranteed Hours: 35 hrs*
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct patient assessments to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities to improve their motor functions
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
* Provide guidance to patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques for independent living
* Work with individuals with disabilities in various settings such as schools, clinics, ICUs, and community centers
* Engage in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients back to their daily routines
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
Schedule:
