School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity Phoenix, AZ
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time or part-time position in Phoenix, AZ. This school-based role offers the opportunity to work across four schools with a diverse Pre-K through 8th grade caseload.
Position Details:
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Start Date: January 27, 2025
End Date: May 21, 2025
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time available
Caseload: Approximately 50 students (may vary)
Grade Levels: Pre-K through 8th grade
School Sites: 4 locations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
Maintain proper documentation in DSCtop for Medicaid billing and accounting
Work with students across mild, moderate, and severe disabilities
Qualifications:
Active Arizona OT license
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
School-based experience preferred
Strong documentation and organizational skills
