Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings to enhance students' fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate strategies into the school environment.
Assist with the development and implementation of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Support student participation in school activities, promoting independence and success.
Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Oregon(or eligibility for licensure).
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for working with children and helping them reach their fullest potential.
