Experience/Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist.
Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
Some duties for this position include:
· Utilizes evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions.
Provides rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with physical functioning disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
Provides skilled therapy services to patients who need rehabilitation services.
Provides consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to physical disorders.
· Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students, and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards.
