Education and Experience of the Occupational Therapist (OT):
· Qualifications of the Occupational Therapist
· Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
· Current and in good standing discipline specific state license.
· One (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing Facility and/or Long Term-Care preferred
