Serene Home Nursing Agency is committed to delivering exceptional in-home care services to patients throughout Long Island. We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated *Occupational Therapist* to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assess patients’ functional abilities and design personalized therapy plans.
* Provide hands-on therapy to help patients with daily living activities and skills.
* Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and families to deliver holistic care.
* Train patients and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques.
* Accurately document care and maintain compliance with industry standards.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license.
* Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Experience in home care or related settings (preferred but not required).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Reliable transportation for in-home visits across Long Island.
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $80.00 - $125.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
