What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditions
Develop individualized care plans and goals
Collaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes
Serve as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinic
Build strong patient relationships and support community engagement
Document thoroughly using our advanced EMR platform
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active California OT license (or eligibility)
Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
Passion for building a thriving OT service line
