ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time school-based position in Marshfield, MA for the 20252026 school year. You will work with a diverse student population to help support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence within the educational environment.
Position Details:
Part-time (~16 hours/week)
20252026 school year contract
Caseload may span PreK12 (final caseload determined during interview)
Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, direct therapy, collaboration with educational staff, and documentation
Flexible scheduling and supportive school team
Onsite position
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
Active Massachusetts OT license
Previous school experience preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
