Ausblick Therapie GmbH is looking for dedicated occupational therapists (m/f/d) who want to work in a supportive and innovative environment. Our focus is on providing therapy for neurodiverse children and adolescents, as well as collaborating with international families, NATO personnel, and US military members. What You Bring
- Completed training as an occupational therapist
- Passion for neuro-affirmative occupational therapy
- Excellent English skills (therapy is conducted in English)
- Experience in creating individualized, client-centered therapy plans
- Familiarity with standardized assessments (e.g., PDMS-2, Beery VMI, BOT-2) is a plus
- Focus on pediatrics, with occasional opportunities to work with adults
- Willingness to collaborate interdisciplinarily, especially with our BCBAs
- German skills or the willingness to learn German
