Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to clients to improve their functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as speech therapists and case managers, to coordinate care for clients
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate clients and their families on strategies for maximizing independence and improving quality of life
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Pay: $35.77 - $43.08 per hour
