General Responsibilities:
Providing occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in an effective and efficient manner in an outpatient setting
Educating clients and family in the treatment, program, and community resources
Coordinating work within the agency, facility, and other departments, including with physical therapy assistants and aides
Complying with operating policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
Communicating with appropriate personnel and with interdisciplinary team
Responding to inquiries or requests for information
Maintaining appropriate records and providing assigned reports

Must have and maintain current CPR certification
Maintain credentialing and training requirements

Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with patients, families, and other employees at all levels
Interested in providing one-on-one care of patients
