* Assist in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from therapy to home or other care settings.
* Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy, including advancements in speech therapy techniques.
*Experience*
* Proven knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential.
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with geriatrics and pediatrics is a plus.
* Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in developing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Strong communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
