*Position Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our team at a care center in Falls City, Nebraska. This full-time role offers a flexible work environment, a competitive base salary, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat patients to enhance their functional independence.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Complete accurate and timely patient documentation.
* Plan, market, and implement innovative therapy programs.
* Communicate effectively with patients, their families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Deliver educational in-services to staff and colleagues.
* Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as required by state regulations.
* Assist with the overall operations of the therapy department.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s (B.A., B.S.), Master’s (M.A., M.S.), or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy.
* Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
* Possess or be eligible for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
