*Position Summary:*
As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for residents. You will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at improving daily living skills, mobility, and overall functional independence.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine residents’ therapy needs.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on enhancing functional abilities.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish and meet care goals.
* Provide education to residents and their families on therapy interventions and adaptive equipment.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
* Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
* Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred but not required).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
