*Job Description – Occupational Therapist*
* Evaluate clients and develop personalized treatment plans
* Implement meaningful interventions to improve daily function
* Monitor and document progress toward therapeutic goals
* Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
* Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance
*Qualifications*
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Current NY State OT license
* Experience in Assisted Living preferred
* Strong communication and patient engagement skills
* Highly motivated, compassionate, and a true team player

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
