Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist passionate about helping older adults stay independent and thrive in their daily lives?
In this role, you’ll develop personalized therapy plans for seniors, promote safe and functional living, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, wraparound care. Some local travel is required to provide services at participant homes or care facilities.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Evaluate participants’ physical and functional needs
* Create and implement individualized OT treatment plans
* Provide therapy sessions, adaptive equipment training, and caregiver education
* Monitor and document participant progress
* Conduct home and facility visits as needed
* Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality, coordinated services
*Qualifications:*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
* Graduate of an accredited OT program
* 1+ year of experience with geriatric populations
* Valid CA Driver’s License and reliable transportation
* Proof of auto insurance
* Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Pay: $45.00 - $56.00 per hour
