Clinic Details:

Outpatient orthopedic clinic conveniently located within the Medical City Alliance campus

Services include orthopedic and post-operative rehab, hand therapy, and sports medicine

Collaborative environment with Physical Therapists and support staff

Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence

Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic interventions and home programs

Collaborate with referring physicians and the rest of the clinical team to ensure coordinated care

Document patient progress in accordance with state, federal, and company guidelines

Provide occasional oversight and cosign documentation for COTAs as needed
Qualifications:

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current Texas OT license (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
