*Responsibilities*
* Assess and treat patients across inpatient, outpatient, and occasional home health settings
* Complete thorough and timely documentation
* Plan, market, and implement therapy programs
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members
* Provide in-services and contribute to team development
* Assist with departmental operations
* Supervise COTA’s in accordance with state licensure regulations
*Requirements*
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Current or eligible state licensure
