Our OT’s are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring high-quality occupational therapy care using tools to restore, rebuild, and enhance the lives of our residents/clients.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Providing consultation, evaluation, and assessment of residents/clients.
Participating in resident/client treatment planning and implementation to help reach their rehabilitation goals.
Performing thorough and concise clinical documentation on time.
Providing education on treatment/equipment to residents/clients and their families.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
A valid FL Occupational Therapy license.
A genuine interest in and compassion for older adults.
Ability to demonstrate teamwork – be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/clients and staff.

Cypress Cove is home to more than 650 residents and offers a full complement of quality living options—independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, and rehabilitative care.
The premier 3,500-square-foot therapy center, which offers both in-patient and out-patient care, combines state-of-the-art technologies with innovative therapies (Physical, Speech, Occupational, Cardiopulmonary) to offer the most advanced rehab program in the Fort Myers region.
