*Position Summary:*
Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center is currently seeking to hire a passionate and licensed *Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)* to join our dynamic rehabilitation team on a full time basis - 30hrs per week.

*Responsibilities:*
* Assist in the implementation of treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
* Provide rehabilitative services to help residents develop, regain, or maintain daily living skills
* Monitor resident progress and document treatment sessions
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent and effective care
* Support a caring and respectful environment in line with Lutheran’s mission
*Requirements:*
* Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
* Current COTA license in the state of Massachusetts
* Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable
