*What You’ll Do*
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you’ll support children with a variety of needs- medically complex, developmental, behavioral, and more- helping them grow in independence, skill, and confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Develop individualized therapy plans to enhance physical, cognitive, emotional, and social functioning
* Provide direct therapy in both clinic and in-home settings
* Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Recommend adaptive equipment and educate families on use
* Maintain clear, timely documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries)
* Partner closely with parents and caregivers to support each child’s success
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of experts
*What You Bring*
* Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* Active Minnesota OT license (or eligible by start date)
* A true passion for working with children and families
* Pediatric experience preferred, but *new grads are strongly encouraged to apply* - we’ll support your growth!
