*Position Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our rehab team. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for residents recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. Your expertise will be essential in helping residents regain function, improve quality of life, and transition successfully through the continuum of care.
*Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and goals
* Provide direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
* Educate residents and their families/caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards
* Participate in care planning and team meetings
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
* Current Occupational Therapist license in Idaho
* CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
* SNF and/or inpatient rehab experience preferred, but not required
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate, patient-focused, and a team player

Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
