We work with adults presenting with complex needs following:
* Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
* Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
* Stroke
* Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
* Spinal cord injury
* Complex trauma

*The Role*
We are seeking motivated and experienced *Occupational Therapists* to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work autonomously within a supportive specialist service, managing a varied caseload across:
* Community neurorehabilitation
* Functional and cognitive assessment
* Fatigue management intervention
* Vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work planning
* Workplace assessments and employer liaison
* Case conferencing with MDTs, case managers, and legal representatives
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning and experience in managing complex cases independently.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Deliver specialist OT assessment and intervention in clients’ homes, workplaces, and community settings
* Complete detailed functional, cognitive, and vocational reports
* Develop graded rehabilitation programmes
* Support return-to-work planning and employer liaison
* Provide detailed reports where required
* Liaise with insurers, solicitors, and case managers
* Contribute to service development and quality improvement
*About You*
Essential:
* Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council
* Proven relevant post-registration experience
* Experience in neurological rehabilitation
* Strong report writing skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload autonomously
Desirable:
* Experience in vocational rehabilitation
* Experience working in medico-legal or private practice settings
* Membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists
* Postgraduate training in neurorehabilitation or cognitive rehabilitation
* Experience managing complex multi-factorial cases.
