*Community Occupational Therapist*

Are you looking to join a Team who provides strong mentorship and support? We would love to meet to discuss part-time and full-time opportunities that we are offering, with flexible schedules and remote work option.
Part-time/Full-time options, Monday-Friday
*Work Location: Toronto, Scarborough and GTA*
*We Offer: *
* *Salary-$165,000-$208,000*
* *Part-time and Full-time Opportunities*
* *Sign on Bonus $3000*
* Ongoing Support
*Qualifications:*
* Masters degree of Occupational Therapy (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years Experience in field work as an Occupational Therapist
* ADP Authorizer is preferred but not required
* Great communication skills – must be able to effectively communicate and think critically (both written and verbal skills)
* Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (must be in good standing)
*Responsibilities:*
* Complete community assessments and implement an effective treatment plan for patients (Non MVA files)
* Ensure that all patient’s needs are met
* Collaborate with other team members and health care professionals when needed.
* Documentation-charting to ensure excellent communication in a timely manner
* Identify the need for any beneficial/assistive device for the patient – support with the coordination of the delivery and installation of these devices
