Optimal Home Care is looking for a Part-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide excellent service to our patients in the Loveland/Greeley/Fort Collins area.There is a $5K Sign-on bonus for this part-time position.

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) addresses the performance of everyday activities and participation in roles and situations that occur in the home and community. OT services are provided to promote health and wellness to individuals who have or are at risk of developing an illness, injury, disease, disorder, condition, impairment, disability, activity limitation, or restricted participation in activities. (AOTA, 2004)

About you:
Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) or its predecessor organizations
Must currently hold a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license and be in good standing in the state of Colorado.
Must be able to communicate in the language of the client and document client related activity as appropriate.
Possesses adequate and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Possess adequate and effective interpersonal skills.
Experience in Home Health as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)preferred.
