*Priority Care Rehab* has an opening for a reliable and enthusiastic *Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)* and Occupational Therapist (OT) in a premier skilled-nursing facility in Yorktown Heights, NY! Join our therapy team and play a vital role in helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
* *Implement Therapy Plans:* Carry out engaging, evidence-based treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.
* *Provide Direct Care:* Lead effective therapy sessions focusing on ADLs, functional activities, and resident goals.
* *Monitor & Report:* Observe resident progress, provide clear feedback to the supervising OT, and assist with documentation.
* *Collaborate:* Work effectively within our supportive interdisciplinary team setting.
* *Weekly Direct Deposit:* Reliable, on-time payments.
* *Consistent Schedule:* Work stable 8-hour shifts
*Qualifications:*
* Associate's degree from an accredited COTA program.
* Current and valid New York State COTA license/certification.
* Current CPR/BLS Certification.
